Refund policy
Here at the School Shop we try our best to provide quality educational resources to our customers and we’re sure you'll love our products as much as we do!
Every now and then, something might not be right and we're more than happy to rectify that!
If your order is damaged in transit or part of it is missing, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it.
If the product isn't as expected or doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know within 7 days and we will be happy to receive it back for a full refund.
Unless damaged in transit (see above) the products and resources must be returned in their original condition, i.e. not used, damaged or marked in any way.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected by us, a credit/refund will be processed to your account and either a replacement will be sent or a refund given. Please note any used, undamaged items will not be credited or replaced.
