All orders will be charged freight at the following rates, which will be added to you cart once you have confirmed your delivery address.

Delivery Times and Details:

We endeavour to get your order out within 24 hours. Standard delivery times to each area are:
North Island: 2-3 working days.
South Island: 3-4 working days.
Rural: Allow and extra 1-2 working days.

Anything outside of this due to stock errors or delays, we will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order.

Most orders are delivered by NZ Couriers or Aramex couriers Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm. If you have any special delivery requirements please ensure you state these when submitting your order.

A clear physical address and current phone number must be provided for delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Alternatively, you can collect your goods from our warehouse at 507 Queen Street West, Hastings. Please check the box “Pick Up" when submitting your cart and we will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
