The following terms of use govern the use of The School Shop website including shopping and participation in promotions run by Total Education Solutions Limited trading as The School Shop and should be read in conjunction with our shipping policy.
The School Shop gives customers a convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping. Products displayed on this site can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars NZD. All prices include GST (15%) and may be subject to change. All NZ schools automatically hold an account with us and goods will be invoiced with payment due on the 20th of the month following delivery.
For personal and non-account holder orders credit card or bank transfer payment is required prior to dispatch of goods.
Total Education Solutions Limited trading as The School Shop reserves the right to uplift any goods that are in breach of these payment terms. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. Sale prices are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Whilst all care is taken to ensure stock of every item is held in our warehouse, we occasionally do run out and therefore from time to time we may be unable to supply an item(s) that have been ordered. The School Shop will communicate any issues with you as a result of short supply. If the item is not a discontinued line, our normal procedure is to place the item on backorder for you and ship to you freight-free as soon as we have it to hand. Alternatively, and following your advice, we will credit without delay any monies paid for items not supplied.
You may not authorize others to use your account in this website and you are responsible for your own use of this website. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from this website for public or commercial purposes. This website content, information and advice is free of charge.. However, you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.
