Artist Harro Maass has been described as a graphic artist, animal painter, nature painter, illustrator, wildlife artist and bird painter. Though extremely appropriate, on their own, none of those titles quite hit the mark. His style, somewhere between detailed documentation and imaginative interpretation, between surrealism and realism is showcased beautifully in this series.
